Terms of Participation

No refunds will be issued from the program, participants can reschedule for a 30% fee based on availability.

As a participant in the program, you agree to abstain from physical violence, illegal drugs and sexual activity during the program. You agree to abstain from vulgar language and intimidating gestures.

As a participant in the program, you agree to fasten the safety belt of any vehicle you are in during the program. 

You agree to promptly report any symptoms of malaria such as fever, fatigue, headache, flushed feeling, body aches within 24 hours of onset.

You agree to avoid municipal water and drink bottled water and bottled beverages only. This includes avoidance of municipal water while brushing teeth and avoiding ice cubes in beverages.

You agree not to bring outside food on to the premises to maintain the kashrus standards.

You agree not to make cash payments to any beneficiaries or staff members employed with the program.

You agree to respect Ugandan cultural and political norms and avoid public speech critical of the government or laws during the program.
